About Us
East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust is committed to providing high-quality patient care and is seeking an experienced nurse to join our team as a Band 6 Senior Nurse. The successful candidate will have a strong background in emergency nursing and excellent leadership and management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- To provide leadership and guidance to staff in the Emergency Department.
- To maintain the Care Quality Commission standards and support the multi-disciplinary team in ensuring that these standards are upheld.
- To manage change and demonstrate initiative and self-motivation.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years recent post-registration emergency nursing experience.
- A minimum of 2 years' recent experience working at Band 6 level in the Emergency Department.
- Leadership and management experience.
