About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Support Administrator to join our growing IT team at Nigel Wright Group. As an IT Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing essential support to our staff, handling software and hardware issues, and managing installations, configurations, and updates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide end-user support and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage user accounts, passwords, and permissions in a Windows environment.
  • Install, configure, and update software applications for end-users.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and diagnose common IT problems involving desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Ensure a stable IT environment and provide technical support to staff across the organization.
Requirements
  • Strong technical background and hands-on experience in IT support.
  • Proven experience in daily IT support and resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose and repair common IT problems.
