AV/Technical Equipment Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled AV/Technical Equipment Specialist to join our team at Epiq Systems, Inc.

Job Summary:

The AV/Technical Equipment Specialist will assist the Supervisor or Manager in leading the day-to-day tasks of our client office. This role requires a strong technical acumen to handle firms A/V and other technical needs such as mobile and laptop setup. The successful candidate will accurately communicate with client staff and Epiq team members regarding commitments, deadlines, and challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assign production tasks to team members and ensure all projects have been properly completed and quality checked
  2. Work independently on production assignments, often at a satellite copy center without direct supervision
  3. Help with setups of laptops, mobile devices, and AV equipment
  4. Resolve work issues or complaints such as lost parcels, damaged packages, and untimely deliveries
  5. Assist management with training new hires on all processes
  6. Perform other duties as required, including mail, distribution services, copy, print, records, facilities, reception, and hospitality services

Requirements:

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent
  2. Minimum of 2 years of work experience
  3. Ability to lead others in a professional manner
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to resolve complaints
  5. Ability to multitask with attention to detail
  6. Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  7. Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater
  8. Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, or sit for an extended period of time

The compensation range for this role is $20.31 to $28.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
