Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team at Jago Consultants. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all service inquiries and provide timely responses to customers
  • Meet and greet customers, qualify and identify their needs for vehicle drop-off
  • Progress and update customers throughout the day
  • Discuss and up-sell additional work to customers, advising on and forwarding unsold work
  • Carry out inspections where necessary prior to handover to customers

About You:

  • You must have current experience as a car dealership Service Advisor, within a franchised main dealership (Minimum 2 years experience)
  • Preferably with a prestige brand experience
  • You must possess excellent customer handling skills
  • You should have a positive, customer-focused attitude and approach to your work
  • You must have a valid driving license

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, with a 1-hour lunch break. Early finishes may be possible if all customers have been served by 5:50pm.

Alternate Saturday mornings, 4 hours (Part of contract)

Salary:

Basic salary dependent on experience, £22,000 - £35,000 OTE
