Residential Care Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Deputy Manager to join our team at Elliott House, a residential care home in Fleet, Hampshire. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operation of the home, working closely with the Home Manager to ensure the highest standards of care and support for our residents.
The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of adult social care, with supervisory experience and a proven track record of developing and implementing individual care plans. You will be responsible for assisting with staff supervision, administrative control, and maintaining appropriate levels of staffing by planning and managing a rota.
We offer a competitive salary of £52,000 per annum, plus benefits including enhanced holiday entitlement, sick pay entitlement, and an Employee Assistance Programme. Our homes are more than just a place to live, they're like a second family for everyone we support.
