The estimated salary for this role is £32,547.84 per annum, based on a 48-hour contract. However, please note that pay rates may vary depending on age and other factors.

About the Role
  • Assist the Home Manager in operating a residential care home.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individual care plans.
  • Supervise and manage staff, ensuring compliance with relevant codes of practice and legislation.

Requirements
  • Extensive knowledge of Adult Social Care, including supervisory experience.
