Job Title: Design Manager

At Morgan King, we are seeking an experienced Design Manager to join our team. As a Design Manager, you will be responsible for managing and controlling the design process, ensuring the delivery of design and procurement information packages that meet project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and control the design process to ensure successful project execution
* Provide vital design input during both the pre-construction and onsite phases
* Work closely with the Project Delivery teams to ensure all design aspects of our builds are meticulously executed and aligned with client requirements

Requirements:

* Strong design management skills, especially in construction-related projects
* Good understanding of the principles of construction, along with experience working within project teams
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills for forming effective working relationships with partners, contractors, and internal teams
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with familiarity with CAD and other relevant design software highly desirable
