Job Title: Senior People Administrator
Location: Bath Office (Hybrid)

The Senior People Administrator will oversee the employee lifecycle, ensuring timely and accurate administration of policies, procedures, and communications. This includes maintaining up-to-date people systems, records, and employee files.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Administer employee onboarding processes, including new hire orientation, Day 1 sessions, exit interviews, and data entry into HRIS.
  2. Prepare and administer important people documentation, such as employment contracts and contract variation letters.
  3. Manage company benefits and provide support in areas like absence management and parental leave requests.

Requirements:
  1. Experience with HR software systems, preferably Dayforce.
  2. A strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  3. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
