Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Training Development Specialist to join our team at EMPLOYAL LTD. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and assessing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training initiatives that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of training programs.
  • Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in training development and delivery.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
