We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Trainer to join our team. The Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for our staff, focusing on the effective use of the Magento system. Experience of using Magento would be beneficial but not necessary. This role is crucial in ensuring our team is proficient in using our systems to streamline operations, improve patient care, and maintain our high standards of service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement training programs on the use of the Magento system tailored to various roles within the pharmacy.
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtually.
- Create training materials, manuals, and resources to support ongoing education and development.
- Assess the training needs of staff and customise programs to address specific gaps and requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to staff as they use the Magento system.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Magento and incorporate them into training sessions.
- Collaborate with management to ensure training aligns with company goals and operational procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Trainer or similar role
- In-depth knowledge and experience with the Magento platform is desirable.
- Ability to learn new systems in depth.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to create engaging training materials and deliver content effectively.
- Experience with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.
- High level of patience, adaptability, and a supportive approach to training.
- Educated to Degree level is preferred.
