Job Title: Healthcare Training Specialist
">About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced healthcare professional to join our team as a Healthcare Training Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to develop, facilitate, and deliver training in a specific range of delegable health care tasks to health and non-health members of staff.
As a key member of our Diana Children's Community Service, you will work closely with our team to empower staff through support and training to deliver complex health care tasks confidently and competently.
Key responsibilities include developing and delivering training programs, assessing clinical skills and competencies, and identifying additional health training needs required by service users.
About You:
We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and teaching skills, who is able to plan and organize their own workload effectively. Experience in nursing or a related field is essential, and a completed ENB 998/CG/Mentorship course or equivalent is required.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is £43,041 - £70,305 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including annual leave, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
