Job Description:

As a Lead Engineer Training Specialist at our Leicester Academy, you will be responsible for delivering technical training to existing and new engineers in the sector.

Your work will involve:

  • Ensuring engineers within the sector remain compliant with the skills required to meet customer needs.
  • Saving supporting our business and the wider sector in developing a workforce of highly skilled and technically excellent engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality delivery of all areas of technical training relating to key engineering disciplines.
  • Group management and learning journey progression for engineer training groups.
  • Meeting performance levels in relation to success rates and timely skills and qualification attainment.
  • Managing administration related to engineer training, assessment, and internal quality assurance.
  • Leading by example on safety performance within the workplace.
  • Being an ambassador and promoter of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I).
  • Accountable for own Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
  • Maintaining relationships with stakeholders to ensure quality delivery solutions.

Estimated salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum. This figure is based on national averages and may vary depending on location and individual circumstances.
