Inclusive Education Support Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Inclusive Education Support Worker to join our team at Long Term Futures Ltd. As a Primary SEN Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in KS1.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality support to pupils with complex needs
- Designing and leading intervention sessions to improve phonics and speech skills
- Maintaining close relationships with the SENCO and class teacher to ensure effective communication
- Supporting the class teacher with behaviour management strategies
To succeed in this position, you will require:
- A recognised teaching assistant qualification or degree
- Significant experience of working with children with SEN
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
