Advanced Nurse Practitioner

The successful candidate will provide high-quality, person-centred, holistic nursing care to patients registered with Omnes Healthcare practices, including screening, assessment, and treatment.
As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will be supported by a diverse multi-skilled professional team, providing care to patients in a Primary Care environment.
Key Requirements
- Current NMC Registration
- Experience of working in a Primary Care environment
- Commitment to patient care
- To adhere to the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Code of Professional Conduct
- To use evidence-based practice to develop and maintain high-quality clinically effective and cost-effective primary care
