Job Description

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Matron Lead to join our Outpatient Operations team at Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Trust. As a senior clinical leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of safe and effective outpatient services, ensuring high-quality patient care and outcomes.

The successful candidate will have expertise in managing complex services, developing operational strategies, and driving service improvements. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this role, along with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of outpatient services, ensuring high-quality patient care and outcomes.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve service efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead the management of nursing teams, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and safety, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with significant experience in outpatient services.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and driving service improvements.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated expertise in operational strategy development and implementation.

Salary: £67,950 - £78,028 per annum, plus on-call allowance.
