**Role Description**

Barts Health NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Matron for Critical Care to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will provide senior clinical leadership and direction to our critical care nursing team, while ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide senior clinical leadership within a modern, busy, and acute unit.
  • Manage the critical care nursing team, including recruitment, training, and development.
  • Collaborate with all members of the multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.

**Requirements**

  • NMC Registered Nurse
  • Relevant first degree in healthcare-related subject
  • Specialist critical care nursing qualification
  • Leadership training
  • Management training
  • Relevant teaching/mentoring qualification

**Salary and Benefits**

We offer a competitive salary of £83,630 per annum, plus benefits including pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave.
