Corporate Reception Manager

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Reception Manager to oversee the Welcome Services in our offices, ensuring a five-star customer experience is delivered across various services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing meet & greet, meeting room management, hospitality delivery, and internal practice floors. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can motivate their team through reward and recognition, training, and development.
The ideal candidate will have excellent computer and communication skills, a proactive attitude, flexibility, and the ability to work with different teams. A genuine passion for delivering a 5-star service at all times in this high-end corporate environment is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Welcome Services team
- Ensure exceptional customer experience
- Develop and implement effective strategies for team motivation
- Maintain high standards of client care
