Job Title: Corporate Training Manager

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Training Manager to join our team at Unite Students. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive training strategy that meets the needs of our employees and supports our business objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy that meets the needs of our employees.
  • Work closely with the L&D team to design and deliver learning content that has a direct impact on enabling teams and individuals to grow.
  • Support the design and delivery of different methods of learning across Unite Students, including coaching, mentoring, job shadowing, online, virtual and face-to-face learning.
