Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. As a key member of our project team, you will play a crucial role in facilitating effective communication with residents of diverse backgrounds during construction and maintenance projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare correspondence addressing issues such as access, delays, changes/additions to works, and resolving resident concerns.
  • Handle residents' complaints and issues through email, phone, or home visits.
  • Collect Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) upon work completion and log the results.
  • Arrange appointments for workers and subcontractors where necessary.
  • Build strong relationships with residents to ensure satisfaction and smooth project execution.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss planned construction activities, ensuring targets and client specifications are met.
Requirements:
  • Full UK Driving License.
  • Strong face-to-face customer service experience.
  • Confident and calm communicator within a face-to-face environment.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Flexible to accommodate the needs of the residents.
  • Able to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Basic IT knowledge.
Package:
  • Salary: £24,000 to £30,000 per annum.
