As a Business Development Representative at Aspion Search, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expansion.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team in Nottingham. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales or account management, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

The estimated salary for this role is £32,500 per annum, plus a competitive bonus scheme that offers up to an additional £1,750 per month.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring outstanding service and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Engage with new customers through targeted outreach and lead generation activities.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding expectations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Target-driven and results-focused, with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals.

Package Details:

  • An estimated salary of £32,500 per annum.
  • A generous monthly bonus scheme that offers up to an additional £1,750 per month.
