Data Quality Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Quality & Standards Manager to join our team at the East of England Ambulance Service. As a key member of our Data Quality & Standards team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our data.
Main Responsibilities
- Identify and address potential data quality issues in our key information systems, data warehouse, and data lake.
- Extract, collate, and interpret information from multiple systems to inform data quality improvements.
- Manage our data quality reporting solution, IntoZetta, to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Develop and implement SQL queries to monitor and cleanse data activity.
- Collaborate with asset owners to resolve system-related data quality issues.
- Work with operational teams to create and refine processes to reduce input errors and user errors.
- Develop additional reporting on data quality issues in Excel and Power BI.
- Create detailed assurance reports on identified data quality issues for escalation.
About Our Organisation
The Data Quality & Standards team was established to drive improvement in data quality across the organisation. As a member of this team, you will work closely with technical and non-technical disciplines, as well as operational and non-operational staff, to achieve our shared goal of improving data quality.
