Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineering Team Lead to join our client's Software Engineering team in Bristol. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers and supporting their development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of software engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and implement software solutions, ensuring high-quality results and meeting project deadlines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technical solutions.
  • Conduct thorough testing of completed functionality to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Adhere to project processes and software development best practices.
  • Provide regular progress updates and feedback to team members and leadership.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in software development, with a strong understanding of full software lifecycles.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Strong technical skills, with expertise in C# and C++.
  • Experience working in a highly regulated environment, preferably in the aerospace or defence sector.
  • Object-oriented design and development skills.
