A Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care is essential, with a view to completing an NVQ 3. You should also have a good understanding of the wider healthcare industry and hold a C or above in GCSE English and Maths.

Dedicated and compassionate, your passion for people means you will go above and beyond to support the wellbeing of residents. As you will be travelling across the area, you will either need your own car or ready access to one. We will cover your mileage when you travel over five miles from your main home, and if you're on duty at the time of an inspection and we achieve a Good rating, you will qualify for a bonus.
