Bank Senior Healthcare Assistant Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated healthcare professional to join our team as a Bank Senior Care Assistant. As a key member of our care home staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity will see you work closely with the Deputy General Manager to oversee the delivery of care services, ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care. You will also support the clinical team in areas such as medication management, assessments, and care planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the supervision and motivation of a team of Care Assistants to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Work collaboratively with the clinical team to develop and implement effective care plans.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
  • Proven experience in providing care services to elderly individuals.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to competitive pay, you can expect a comprehensive rewards package, including free learning and development opportunities.
