Electrical Infrastructure Project Manager

About the Role:
AWC STAFF SERVICES LTD is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our Electrical Infrastructure projects, including Transmissions works. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering projects to the highest standards, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic health, safety, and environmental management plans to drive excellence.
- Oversee the delivery of projects to meet agreed time, cost, and quality requirements.
- Collaborate with the planning team to establish and monitor project delivery programmes.
- Lead the Project team to ensure cohesive management and effective risk management.
- Contribute to new contract tender bids, leveraging industry expertise.
- Support the preparation of monthly CVR reports with the Commercial Manager.
Requirements:
- Proven project management experience in electrical infrastructure, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects.
- Extensive knowledge of the Electrical Transmission and Distribution industry.
- Able to demonstrate ownership of a portfolio of projects with varying values and complexities.
- Excellent relationship management and commercial management skills.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a full driving licence and willingness to travel frequently.
- Relevant Project Management qualification or equivalent.
