We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our Electrical Infrastructure projects, including Transmission works. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in delivering complex projects and will be responsible for driving the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental management.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic leadership and management of project teams to ensure delivery of projects to agreed time, cost, and quality requirements.
- Development and implementation of project plans, including risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Collaboration with the planning team to ensure delivery programmes are in place and progress is monitored.
- Effective relationship management with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Contribution to new contract tender bids using industry knowledge and expertise.
- Proven experience in project management, with a focus on Electrical Infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of the Electrical Transmission and Distribution industry is essential.
- Ability to demonstrate ownership of a portfolio of projects of varying values and complexities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Appreciation and understanding of commercial management.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to travel frequently.
