Senior Project Manager - Electrical Infrastructure

About the Role:

AWC STAFF SERVICES LTD is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our Electrical Infrastructure projects, including Transmission works. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering projects to the highest standards, ensuring timely completion, and managing budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic health, safety, and environmental management plans.
  2. Lead the project team to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  3. Collaborate with the planning team to ensure delivery programmes are in place and progress is monitored.
  4. Drive the project team ethos to ensure effective management and coordination.
  5. Manage risks and contribute to new contract tender bids.
  6. Support the preparation of monthly CVR reports.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in project management within the electrical infrastructure sector.
  2. Knowledge of the Electrical Transmission and Distribution industry.
  3. Ability to demonstrate ownership of a portfolio of projects.
  4. Effective relationship management skills.
  5. Appreciation of commercial management.
  6. Flexible and adaptable.
  7. Relevant Project Management qualification or equivalent.
  8. A full driving licence and willingness to travel frequently.
