Senior Project Manager - Electrical Infrastructure

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our Electrical Infrastructure projects, including Transmission works. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in delivering complex projects and will be responsible for driving the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental management.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic leadership and management of project teams to ensure delivery of projects to agreed time, cost, and quality requirements.
  2. Development and implementation of project plans, including risk management and mitigation strategies.
  3. Collaboration with the planning team to ensure delivery programmes are in place and progress is monitored.
  4. Effective relationship management with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  5. Contribution to new contract tender bids using industry knowledge and expertise.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in project management, with a focus on Electrical Infrastructure projects.
  2. Knowledge of the Electrical Transmission and Distribution industry is essential.
  3. Ability to demonstrate ownership of a portfolio of projects of varying values and complexities.
  4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Appreciation and understanding of commercial management.
  6. Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to travel frequently.
