Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our team at Allen Associates. As a Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process for approximately 500 employees, including complex and varied employee allowances.
Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll for a large number of employees, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Manage and resolve employee payroll queries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of float and salary advance information
- Oversee the P11D/PSA process to ensure compliance with relevant legislation
- Reconcile wage accounts to ensure accuracy and integrity

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing, preferably in a large organization
- Extensive knowledge of payroll compliance and legislation
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software
