As a key member of the practice, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing client interactions, and ensuring seamless clinic operations.
Job Description
Greet clients and pets with a warm smile and cheerful attitude, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they enter the clinic.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and friendliness, providing accurate information about services and treatments.
Schedule appointments, send reminders, and manage the busy calendar to ensure timely and efficient scheduling.
Assist pet owners with bookings, verifying all details are correct and up-to-date, and provide guidance on treatment plans and follow-up care instructions.
Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area, keeping client records organized and confidential, and process payments with accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
In order to succeed in this role, you must possess:
A genuine passion for animals and their well-being.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and staff.
Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail, ensuring accurate record-keeping and efficient scheduling.
Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and managing digital records.
Ability to think critically and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
