We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Shared Ownership team at Arun Estates, covering the Surrey and Sussex area. As a key member of our Land and New Homes division, you will be responsible for helping first-time buyers achieve their dream of homeownership.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and motivate the Shared Ownership team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local Housing Associations to ensure a steady supply of new homes.
- Conduct property valuations and accompany viewings to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Process applications and provide detailed information on Shared Ownership schemes, including requirements and eligibilities.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Proven experience in Estate Agency, with a strong understanding of the Shared Ownership market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Competent in Microsoft packages, specifically Excel, and able to analyze data to inform sales strategies.
- A full driving license and ability to travel to various locations across Surrey and Sussex.
