Class 1 Driver Position

We are seeking an experienced Class 1 Driver to join our logistics team in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of goods across the country, adhering to road and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate Class 1 vehicles for the transport of goods, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Conduct daily vehicle checks and maintain the vehicle's condition.
- Follow scheduled routes and deliver goods on time, utilizing efficient navigation.
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment, prioritizing safety.
- Ensure adherence to UK driving regulations, including tachograph laws.
- Report any vehicle issues or delays to management, facilitating prompt resolution.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate effectively with the logistics team.
- Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) driving license.
- Driver CPC qualification and a valid tachograph card.
- Previous experience in long-haul or multi-drop driving, with a strong understanding of UK road networks.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, with good time management and customer service skills.
