About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Cancer Pathway Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with multidisciplinary teams, including nursing and medical staff, allied health professionals, and support workers.
  • Assist in the coordination of cancer patient pathways, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of care.
  • Provide administrative support to the MDT Coordinator, including data collection, tracking, and reporting.
  • Act as a point of contact for patients, relatives, and external stakeholders, providing excellent communication and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Good understanding of cancer pathways and patient care processes.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and develop the role.
