About the Role: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our supported housing pathways for vulnerable adults, rough sleepers, domestic abuse survivors, and young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage pathway waiting lists and maximise throughput across all commissioned and non-commissioned services.
- Work closely with our commissioning and rough sleeping teams, housing inclusion service, social services, and external partners to achieve our goals.
- Be proficient in the use of a range of IT software packages, including Excel, for data collection and analysis.
