Job Description:

The Sales, Inventory & Operations Planner role at ISQ Recruitment Ltd plays a pivotal part in ensuring seamless alignment between sales forecasts, production planning, and inventory management within the engineering sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Forecasting & Scheduling: Develop and execute the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process, ensuring alignment across sales, production, and inventory teams to deliver both bespoke and standard products on time, minimising lead times and costs.
  • Collaborative Planning: Work closely with Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to meet customer requirements and optimise resource use, enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and boosting customer satisfaction.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive improvements in the SIOP process, implementing changes that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.

About You:

We are looking for an experienced professional with 3+ years of experience in SIOP, production planning, or supply chain management within engineering or manufacturing, who possesses strong analytical, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Excel.

A collaborative communicator, detail-oriented, and confident individual with excellent organisational skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
