Inventory Management Specialist

About the Role:
ISQ Recruitment is seeking an experienced Inventory Management Specialist to join our team. As an Inventory Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless alignment between sales forecasts, production planning, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the SIOP process, ensuring alignment across sales, production, and inventory teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to meet customer requirements and optimize resource use.
• Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to ensure robust planning.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in SIOP, production planning, or supply chain management within engineering or manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Excel.
• Collaborative communicator, detail-oriented, and confident in challenging assumptions to ensure robust planning.
