About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Customer Service Advisor to join our talented team at Corvus. As a key member of our Customer Support team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts and process orders
- Handle complaints and provide training to junior staff
- Generate reports and maintain records
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- 3 years of recent experience in a Customer Service environment
- Experience using a Call Management System/CRM
- IT skills and the ability to work as part of a team and unsupervised
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Relevant experience in a Telecommunications/Network/IT Customer Service environment (desirable)
- Experience in generating management reports (desirable)
