Spire Healthcare is seeking a Health & Safety Administrator to support the coordination and implementation of health and safety at our facility. This permanent part-time position involves working 20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the Health & Safety Management System folder, ensuring all administration requirements are met.
  • Redirect general enquiries to relevant team members.
  • Update local health and safety arrangements/policies as required and distribute throughout the facility.
  • Administer Health & Safety Flash alerts, responding within 7 days and collating departmental responses.
  • Manage Health & Safety Training records and advise the Health & Safety Manager on timely action management.
