Job Summary: Oncology Haematology Clinical Care Manager
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Haematology Clinical Care Manager to join our welcoming Oncology team. As a key member of the department, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the delivery of high-quality services.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years' experience working in an Oncology/Haematology setting, with strong clinical skills and a passion for delivering excellent patient outcomes. You will be responsible for assessing patients' health and well-being, providing complex and sensitive information, and promoting best practice in health and safety and security.
You will also assist in maintaining and developing services, provide planned care for haematology cancer patients, and ensure the team delivers effective and appropriate patient care through clinical expertise and leadership.
Salary: £48,000 - £58,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
