Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Compassionate Care Provider to join our team. As a key member of our care staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience working in care settings within the UK and possess up-to-date mandatory care training.
Duties and Responsibilities- Provide direct care and support to individuals in various settings, including nursing homes, childcare facilities, or private homes.
- Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and toileting.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements.
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote a positive environment.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to individuals in your care.
- Adhere to health and safety protocols at all times.
- Handle emergency situations effectively, including administering first aid when necessary.
- Previous experience in nursing homes, childcare, or similar care settings is preferred.
- Mandatory care training or Level 2.
- Strong understanding of behavior management techniques.
- Knowledge of dementia care practices is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and empathy towards others.
