About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our dedicated team at Bupa Ashby Court Care Home.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care to our residents, including clinical, social, and emotional support.
- Support residents with varying needs, from companionship to personal care, and recognise their individual requirements.
- Work collaboratively with the nurse or senior care assistant to monitor residents and report any changes.
- Communicate effectively with residents' families, friends, and healthcare professionals.
