Job Title: Compassionate Care PartnerWe are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Care Support Worker to join our team. As a Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to individuals in various settings, including nursing homes, childcare facilities, or private homes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct care and support to individuals, assisting with daily living activities, meal preparation, and ensuring their overall well-being.
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote a positive environment and provide emotional support to those in your care.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements and adhere to health and safety protocols at all times.
- Previous experience in nursing homes, childcare, or similar care settings (preferred).
- Mandatory care training or Level 2 certification.
- Strong understanding of behavior management techniques and knowledge of dementia care practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills and empathy towards others.
Our estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
