We are seeking an experienced Governance, Quality and Risk Manager to join our team at Spire Healthcare Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and risk management across our hospitals and clinics.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and coordinate investigations of adverse events, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Lead clinical audit initiatives, promoting evidence-based best practices and driving continuous improvement.
- Develop and disseminate patient safety information throughout the organization, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.
- Design and implement methods and processes to manage clinical risk, minimizing harm and ensuring patient safety.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement policies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying knowledge to drive quality and risk management initiatives.
- Monitor consultant information and coordinate reports to identify trends and support the practicing privileges review process.
- HCPC or NMC registration with no restrictions.
- Proven experience in governance and risk management, preferably in the private clinical sector.
- Leadership experience, with a track record of developing and managing teams.
- Evidence of participation in audit activities and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Degree-level education and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with a willingness to learn Spire Healthcare systems.
