Sales Manager Job Description

Jobsworth Recruitment Solutions LTD is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and revenue goals
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, including market trends
  • Manage the sales pipeline and lead generation
  • Maintain existing accounts and develop strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Liaise with customers to answer questions, understand their requirements, and sell and 'up-sell' our products
  • Handle grievances that have been escalated from the sales team
  • Contact warm leads to enquire about potential orders and maintain relationship
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in Sales and Sales management within Furniture wholesaler sector
  • Experience in Sage software (Sage 200 preferred)
  • Computer literate and able to learn/work with relevant computer programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Self-motivated and target driven
  • Full UK driving license
