Ancala Water Services (Defence) Limited is seeking a skilled Water Network Operations Specialist to support our region in maintaining the flow of our wastewater network. As a key member of our Operations & Maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

The ideal candidate will have experience in wastewater networks and high-pressure jetting equipment, with good IT literacy and excellent communication skills. You will be comfortable working in a field-based role, finding solutions to problems and providing excellent customer care. This position requires Security Clearance, which involves a Criminal Record Check and a full MoD Security Application and associated verification processes.

In this role, you will deliver reactive and proactive operations and maintenance plans across our wastewater network, inspecting systems using CCTV technology to identify blockages. You will safely use high-pressure water jetting equipment to release blockages in drains, sewers, and pipelines. Additionally, you will perform low-level fixes and install CIPP repairs, communicate effectively with customers, and document findings using mobile devices.

This is a challenging but rewarding role that requires a good level of general fitness and adaptability. Our ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and may have certifications in high-pressure water jetting, NRSWA, and trailer towing. The estimated salary for this role is £29,000 - £31,500 per annum, depending on experience.
