Luxury Goods Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Move Logistics Manager to join our team at Right Now Recruitment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating domestic and international moves on behalf of high-net-worth individuals and private clients.
With a salary range of £32,000 - £38,000 per annum, this is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and experience in logistics management.
About the Role- Coordinating complex logistics operations to ensure smooth transitions for clients.
- Providing timely updates and expert advice to clients throughout the moving process.
- Liaising with warehouse teams, shippers, and agents to coordinate shipping routes and schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire relocation process from packing to delivery.
- Ensure accurate recording of client information and prompt communication.
- Effectively manage customer complaints and provide solutions.
- Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure efficient project management.
- Proven experience in logistics management or move coordination.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of customs regulations and export/import procedures.
