Global Sales Development Manager

At Redline Group Ltd, we're seeking a highly skilled Global Sales Development Manager to join our team in Oxford. As a leading displays and embedded systems provider, we're committed to delivering cutting-edge LCD components and flat panel display systems to our customers.
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous compensation package, you'll have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and career prospects.
As a Global Sales Development Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic partnerships with key clients. Your excellent communication and negotiation skills will enable you to build strong relationships with our global network of customers and partners.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CLIENTS AND PARTNERS
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
