Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, coordinating material movements, and ensuring seamless operations.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate material movements, resolve issues, and improve processes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including EASA Part 145, and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to queries and resolving concerns efficiently.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, informing strategic decisions.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to company standards and protocols.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and new technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inventory management, logistics, or a related field, preferably in the aerospace industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with SAP, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant software applications.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required.
