This is a pivotal role for us, requiring a visible, pragmatic, and highly personable HR leader to help us achieve our ambitious targets and drive business success.
As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our organizational goals and objectives.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing strategic HR advice and guidance to senior leaders and managers, using data and insights to inform decision-making and drive performance.
- Effective delivery of day-to-day HR management and oversight, including HR Policies, performance management, staff surveys, pay and benefits, and employee engagement.
- Developing and managing a Learning and Development program that delivers on the needs of a high-performing fundraising organization.
- Embedding Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) into all aspects of people management and development, to ensure we attract, engage, and retain a diverse and inclusive workforce that reflects the diversity of the cancer community we support.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR professional who can inspire and motivate our team to deliver exceptional performance and drive business success.
Our aim is to create a workforce that is representative of the diversity of the cancer community we exist to support, while contributing to the creation of a more equitable, diverse, and inclusive charitable sector.
Salary: 0.8 salary – 4 days a week (flexible working arrangements available). We operate hybrid working with significant office presence required.
