Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our client's team in Gloucester. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for improving maintenance across the site, putting in maintenance plans and schedules in place, and adhering to all health and safety policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Improving maintenance across the site
- Putting in maintenance plans and schedules in place
- Heavily involved in applying AS9100 standards
- Installation and project work
- Adhering to all health and safety policies
- Primarily mechanical maintenance on a broad range of production machinery
- 50% reactive maintenance, 50% planned preventative maintenance
- Completing all maintenance documentation
Requirements:
- Mechanical engineering qualification / apprenticeship trained
- Experience within Aerospace / AS9100
- Ideally 18th edition (not essential)
- Manufacturing industry experience
- Able to start immediately
